My mini started up fine and then I received some error messages. I safely pulled over and then it died. And would not restart. Thankfully the mini dealership was still open and I had it towed there. Joe from service called me first thing at 7:30 to ask what happened. He showed genuine concern. I then received a detailed video from the tech on what the issue was and how they were addressing it. I was so relieved. I highly recommend this group for the care they showed and the quality of their work.

I initially went to Patrick Mini in 2021 when I was considering buying a new car. I met with Matt who also drives the same car I ended up purchasing. He stayed in touch with me and when I finally decided to make a purchase in August 2022 the process was seamless. I had a lot of questions and he answered everything promptly and professionally. I was disappointed I didn’t order weather mats since I live in Chicago and unfortunately the dealer didn’t have any in stock. I also wish I had done a little more research on my own regarding the extended warranty options prior to purchasing the vehicle. That part of the process made my head spin a little bit but other than that it was a pretty perfect experience. I would recommend Patrick Mini and Matt to family and friends.

This is my second Mini and I love the car so much and that is further aided by an absolutely stellar service department. Service Manager Brad Smith is incredibly helpful, courteous and communicative and that makes me come back time and time again for any of my needs. I absolutely recommend Patrick Mini sales and especially service!
