Ric was willing to not only let me test drive a stick shift, but he also taught me some of the basics of driving a stick shift during the test drive.     "Exceptional Service Advisor. Clear explanations, empathetic, responsive. Efforts made to to make things more convenient. Efficient turn around time. Highly recommended. Mechanical service, a little disappointing because the check engine light went on AGAIN when I picked up the car. Due to a supposedly rare issue, but still, it should have ben tested before pick up.
